MY GRACE CLEANING LLC provides residential and light commercial cleaning services in Wesley Chapel, FL and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to regular residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, rental turnover cleaning, and office cleaning.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, size, and specific service requirements. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Appointments and Access to Property

Clients must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are functional
  • Secure or remove valuables and fragile items
  • Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special access requirements
  • Provide clear instructions for entry if not present during service

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information
  • Removing clutter and personal items to allow efficient cleaning
  • Notifying us of any hazardous conditions or materials
  • Ensuring a safe working environment
  • Making timely payments as agreed

6. Service Standards and Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. We may offer a re-clean or service adjustment at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain insurance and take care to protect your property, MY GRACE CLEANING LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to improperly installed fixtures, or items not properly secured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items of high value that were not properly secured.
